FOR PEOPLE WHO FEEL UNTETHERED FROM THEIR OWN LIVES

Grow Your Own Food. Feel Grounded Again.

Step away from the screens, schedules, and constant noise to reconnect with something living - something that grows, responds to your presence, and eventually feeds you.

Over four weeks, you’ll grow REAL food while building a simple daily practice that grounds you in the soil, the seasons, and your own life… Until something in you that’s been holding its breath finally exhales.

If you’re tired of reading about ‘being present’ and want a way to practice it…

You did everything right. Career. House. Family. Financial stability. From the outside, everything looks fine. But somewhere in the middle of maintaining all of it, the feeling of aliveness you were working toward never fully arrived.

You’ve settled into your life, and you find yourself thinking: “Is this it? Surely there’s got to be something more.”

You’re exhausted in a way that sleep doesn’t fix. Permanently connected, permanently stimulated, permanently productive. And never actually present.

Your food comes from a bag. Your relationships happen on screens. Your days feel increasingly disconnected from anything tangible.

Somewhere underneath the busyness is a hunger for contact with something real. A texture. A slowness. Something that grows. Something that actually responds to your presence.

What If Connection Starts With a Pot, Some Soil, and Seeds?

You may have tried meditation apps, therapy, self-help books, or vacations. And maybe they helped for a while.

But ordinary life resumed, and that untethered feeling returned.

You can spend years understanding why you feel unmoored and still feel unmoored.

You’ve read the books. You’ve done the reflection. What you want now is something you can actually experience. Not another concept. A practice. Something that happens in the physical world rather than only in your head.

A few minutes each day watering something you planted, noticing what’s changed, watching it grow on its own schedule, regardless of your inbox.

And eventually, eating what you’ve grown.

The garden is the entry point. The gift is your connection to the rhythms of life, and to your own life.

You don’t have to become an expert gardener to begin. You can start with a pot, some soil, and seeds.

Reconnect To The Rhythms of Nature

Four weeks from now, you could be harvesting your first greens, eating what you’ve grown, and feeling more connected to yourself.

A little soil. A few seeds. And something worth slowing down for.

Introducing Cultivate Your Connectedness

A four-week experience to grow your own food, tend something daily, and feel connected again.

Most gardening instruction starts and ends with how to grow something.

We’ll start there, too. But the garden is just the entry point.

As you water, observe, and watch something grow, you’ll begin making connections between what’s happening with your plant and what’s happening in your own life.

The point isn’t to know everything about gardening. It’s to experience something that grows, responds to your presence, and lives on its own schedule regardless of your inbox.

WHAT WE’LL GROW

Nourishing Food Grown By You

You’ll begin with greens or radishes in a container, with clear planting instructions and an Amazon materials list to help you get set up.

You can grow indoors, or use the outdoor guidance for your season and USDA growing zone. At the end of the four weeks, eating what you’ve grown is part of the experience.

Five Minutes a Day to Slow Down and Pay Attention

Water your plant. Notice what’s changed. Make some observations about your own internal life.

The daily sensory exercises invite you to observe, smell, touch, and taste. Your journal gives you a place to record what you notice.

You’re not just thinking about connection. You’re experiencing it with something living.

Guidance That Moves From Information to Meaning

You’ll receive a one-page reading and a two-minute encouragement video each week, plus additional videos about groundedness through connections with the soil.

The materials are yours upfront, so you can start the self-paced experience once you have your supplies. The practical instruction matters. But it serves something bigger: helping you notice the life in front of you and your place within it.

An Hour Each Week to Cultivate the Connections

Each week includes a more involved activity to help you connect your growing experience with your own sense of groundedness.

We’ll look beyond what your plant needs to grow and explore how you may (or may not) feel rooted in your own life.

A Place to Ask Any Questions

The private troubleshooting group gives you a place to ask Brad about watering, planting, and what’s happening as you grow.

You don’t have to arrive knowing how to do this. That’s what the guidance is for.

BONUS: One Live Session With Brad

Join Brad for a live session within the four-week experience to ask questions and share what you’re noticing.

Sometimes it’s seeing what someone else has experienced that opens up something you hadn’t considered: “I had no idea this was possible.”

Hey, I’m Brad Tarrant.

I’ve spent my life at the intersection of two things: serving people and loving nature. I’ve been a combat medic, a pastor, a disaster relief director, and an urban planning professional. I even spent a season managing software projects.

Along the way, I’ve:

  • Earned a master’s degree in Urban and Environmental Planning from Arizona State

  • Become a Certified Arizona Master Watershed Steward

  • Built two organizations from nothing

  • Grown about 70% of my family’s food from 1,200 square feet in a suburban Phoenix yard, front and back

It takes a few hours on weekends, stops strangers on the sidewalk. And produces enough to feed my family, share with friends, and still marvel at what the earth is willing to give when you meet it with intention.

The garden in the yard is not really the point for me. The point is the connection and groundedness to the rhythms of life, the seasons, the earth. Seeing this in others is what brings me joy. The garden is the entry point.

A Few Questions You Might Have

How much time do I need?

We start small. About five minutes a day, plus an hour each week. Just a little space to slow down and tend something (and it can grow as your interest grows and you taste your wonderful food!)

I haven’t had much luck with plants. Is this still for me?

Absolutely. You don’t need to know how to garden before you begin. You’ll have clear instructions and a place to ask questions every step of the way.

How can growing a plant help me feel more connected?

There’s something about watching a seed you planted push through the soil. We’ll use those everyday moments to help you slow down, notice, and connect with your own life.

I’ve tried mindfulness before. What makes this different?

Here, you’ll have something living to come back to each day. Something to touch, tend, watch grow, and eventually eat. It makes all the difference.

Do I need a yard or good weather?

No yard needed. A container indoors is enough to begin. If you’d like to grow outside, there’s guidance for that, too.

What will I grow? Are supplies included?

You’ll start with greens or radishes. Supplies are purchased separately, and you’ll get a materials list so you know what to choose.

Do I have to live in Phoenix?

No, you don’t need to live in Phoenix to participate. The experience includes indoor growing guidance and an optional outdoor guidance by season and your specific USDA zone (all online). So you can do it wherever you live.

What if I’m not into meditation or sprirituality?

The hope is that you’ll feel more grounded and connected. You don’t have to expect a huge breakthrough, just give yourself room to notice what happens.

How does the course work?

You’ll receive all the materials upfront. Once you have your supplies, you can start and work through the four weeks at your own pace.

What if I get stuck or don’t have the green thumb?

Bring your questions to the private troubleshooting group. You’ll also have a bonus live session with me so you don’t have to figure everything out alone!

How much is it, and when can I join?

You can join November 17-22, 2026, for a one-time founding price of $147. There’s no payment plan, and the price increases to $294 when the launch period closes.

You Have Everything You Said Would Make You Happy.

Yet it doesn’t feel like enough.

You’ve read books about “being present” and connecting to life. You’ve journaled; you’ve accumulated frameworks and insights.

But understanding something and living it are completely different things. It’s time to stop searching and start experiencing.

Gardening in the yard is not really the point for me. The point is the connection and groundedness to the rhythms of life, the seasons, the earth. There’s something ancient and restorative about that.

The garden asks nothing of you except to slow down and pay attention, and in return it gives you back to yourself.

You don’t need more concepts. You need a practice.

A plant you’ve tended, food you’ve grown, morning coffee among living things, are profound enough on their own. Something that happens in the physical world rather than only in your head.

The garden is the entry point; connection is the product.

You’re more alive than you realize. And reconnecting to the earth, to the seasons, to life, given the chance, will remind you, daily.

That’s what your next 4 weeks can be all about.
